Prior to the afternoon’s deliveries I did a couple of hours on the RBL poppy stall in Morrisons in Wincanton.
I will be doing more in Sainsbury’s and Lidl in Frome this week as well as one in Bruton. It’s a great way to meet people and hear their stories. Today I spoke to a lady who used to be a Wren and found out about several Facebook pages which I hadn’t known about before and am thrilled to be hopefully able to connect to many women who I served with but lost touch as like me, they have married and changed their names.
